Terms and Conditions Hana4D – Complete Rules Platform Usage Applicable to All Members

1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and hana4d ("Platform", "We") as the provider of online gaming services. This document takes effect from the date you first access or register on the hana4d platform, whichever occurs first.

By using hana4d's services — whether via the website, mobile app, or other official channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms written here, along with any related documents that form an integral part of this agreement, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

Hana4d reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated at least 7 days before taking effect via in-app notifications and registered email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use hana4d's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban imposed by any competent authority.

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of existing balances. hana4d reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided during registration constitutes valid grounds for hana4d to close the account and void all associated wins.

3 Account, Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. hana4d will never ask for your account password through any channel — if anyone claims to be from hana4d and requests your password, treat it as fraud and report it immediately to the official support team.

• Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings menu for added protection.
• Contact hana4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks to access your hana4d account.
• Hana4d is not liable for losses arising from security negligence on the user's part.

All activity carried out from your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — is considered authorized by you unless you report unauthorized access within 24 hours of the incident.

4 Deposit and Payment Terms

All funds you deposit into your hana4d account must come from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. hana4d enforces a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Deposits can be made via the available payment methods: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, QRIS, and domestic bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is IDR 10,000 (depending on the selected payment method).
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your balance within seconds, up to a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Hana4d does not charge fees for deposit transactions; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Additional KYC verification may be required for deposits exceeding certain limits in accordance with AML policy.
• Hana4d reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of originating from unauthorized sources without prior notice.

5 Withdrawal of Wins Terms

Wins earned through legitimate gameplay on hana4d may be withdrawn at any time, provided all applicable requirements have been met. hana4d is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible — typically within 1–15 minutes for standard withdrawals.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the hana4d account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000.
• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals involving bonus balance will be processed after the turnover requirements have been fully met.
• Hana4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals to prevent fraud.
• Withdrawals rejected due to invalid account information will be returned to the account balance within 24 hours.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

All bonuses and promotions offered by hana4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonus types:

• Each account may only claim one bonus at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable turnover requirements must be met first.
• Bonuses obtained through unauthorized means (system abuse, duplicate accounts, etc.) will be voided along with any winnings generated from them.
• Weekly cashback is exempt from turnover requirements and may be withdrawn immediately after being credited.

8 Prohibited Activities and Consequences of Violations

To maintain platform integrity and fairness for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited on hana4d:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts or accounts registered under someone else's name).
• Using false or another person's identity information to register.
• Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Conducting money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or being abusive toward hana4d staff members.
• Systematically abusing bonus or promotion mechanics.

• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

10 Limitation of Liability

Hana4d provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or meet every user's specific expectations. The following limitations of liability apply:

• Hana4d is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions, power outages, or circumstances beyond the platform's control (force majeure).
• Hana4d is not liable for any financial losses resulting from your own gaming decisions — all games carry inherent financial risk.
• Hana4d is not liable for losses arising from security negligence on the user's part (e.g., sharing your password).
• Hana4d's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the active balance in your account at the time of the incident.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your hana4d account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance after all obligations are fulfilled will be returned via the same payment method used for your last deposit.

• Hana4d reserves the right to close an account without prior notice if a breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed.
• In cases of account closure due to violations involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, all balances may be confiscated.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months will be classified as dormant and may be subject to a monthly administration fee in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Members who voluntarily close their account may re-register at any time, unless the previous account was closed due to a violation.

12 Changes to Terms and Governing Law

• Material changes will be communicated at least 7 calendar days before taking effect via in-app notifications and email.
• Minor or administrative changes may take effect immediately without prior notice.
• Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hana4d operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled through arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision in this document is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
